Thanks for Coming is a small basement cocktail bar in Stone, Staffordshire.
Fifty seats, all table service, tucked away under the street.
A bar is about socialising: cocktails take the edge off the day, loosen the shoulders a little, and make it easier for stories to come out — whether you’re sharing them with friends over a good drink or end up telling them to the person next to you.
We wanted to create a place to escape for a while – a little bit of romanticism in a room underground, where you can switch off, catch up and stay a bit longer than you meant to.
We focus on cocktails, but we also pour a small range of local beers, wines and ciders, plus a backbar that should have something for most people.
Cold glassware, balanced recipes, proper ice and decent ingredients are the starting point, not a selling point. That’s the baseline.
We welcome walk-ins and keep space for them each service; if you don’t fancy risking it, we recommend booking ahead online.
You bring the company. We’ll handle the rest.
